MISO TAHINI SAUCE

Miso Tahini Sauce recipe is hard to call a recipe because of how easy it is, just toss together a few ingredients and done! It’ll turn any dish into restaurant quality experience that you can mix and match with so many different ingredients. Buckwheat noodles, rice, peas, asparagus, mushrooms, meat or fish, green onions, spinach (or any other greens!), bok choy, cabbage, radishes, peppers. You can let your imagination run wild! HOW TO MAKE MISO TAHINI SAUCE

Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
2-3 tablespoons miso (white miso for milder taste, red – for stronger)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey (or more if you like it sweeter)
1/4 cup water
Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
