Probiotic Blood Orange Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt or kefir
  • Juice of 2 blood oranges
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

TOP WITH

  • Segments from 1-2 blood oranges peel and white pith removed
  • Any fresh fruit you have available

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, cover and leave in refrigerator for at least an hour and up to 24 hours (to hydrate chia seeds).
  • When ready to serve, place blood orange chia pudding in a pretty bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
