Probiotic Blood Orange Chia Pudding

- 1 cup yogurt or kefir
- Juice of 2 blood oranges
- 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
TOP WITH
- Segments from 1-2 blood oranges peel and white pith removed
- Any fresh fruit you have available
Mix all ingredients together, cover and leave in refrigerator for at least an hour and up to 24 hours (to hydrate chia seeds).
When ready to serve, place blood orange chia pudding in a pretty bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
