Paleo and vegan, but more importantly - delicious, simple and nutrient dense Cranberry Smoothie made with coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk homemade is best!
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • A splash of honey optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender (high-powered blender best), and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy right away.

Notes

  • Add raw egg to make it a meal, a teaspoon of maca powder to calm down, or a teaspoon of flax for gut nourishing fiber.
  • If your cranberries are fresh, add 2-3 ice cubes.
