- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup coconut milk homemade is best!
- 1 very ripe banana
- A splash of honey optional
- Add raw egg to make it a meal, a teaspoon of maca powder to calm down, or a teaspoon of flax for gut nourishing fiber.
- If your cranberries are fresh, add 2-3 ice cubes.
