  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 green apple cored and loosely chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • sliver fresh ginger root
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Process until smooth. Enjoy right away.
