Equipment

  • Blender, preferably high powered (I use Blendtec)

Ingredients

  • 100 g acai puree frozen (1 pouch)
  • 1/2 cup aronia berries frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.
  • Top with fresh berries and fruit on hand.

Notes

  • I bring Acai and Aronia berries to room temperature because I prefer my smoothies non-frozen.
  • I love dragon fruit with this smoothie bowl, the textures go really well together.
