Hi Valeria. Do you have the recipe for your sourdough starter on the website? I could’t find it. I wanted to make my sourdough again, I thought I might as well try your version, your breads look all so fantastic.

Hey Adina, I have a short recipe for rye starter here, which is pretty much the same for any flour. I found that I like the taste of San Francisco sourdough culture from Cultures for Health, after using homemade from scratch and trying different other cultures. 🙂

Hi Mary, I normally order organic rye berries from Great River Milling in large bags, and mill them into flour myself. When I’m out, I sometime get it in the bulk section of my Whole Foods.
