Raspberry Banana Frozen Kefir Treat

by Valeria - Beets 'n Bones blog

My kids love ice cream and ask for it all the time. I often make homemade ice cream but when I don’t have the time or ingredients for the real thing, or want them to have something good in a pinch, I make this little treat. It takes no time, I feel good about them eating probiotics and fresh fruit, and they love the taste and the texture. Everybody wins!
